At TKMT Academy, all of our instructors are carefully selected based on good character, and are required to maintain the highest level of standards and professionalism. All of our instructors must satisfy the following criteria:
1. Must be certified in first aid & CPR
2. Must be training and/or competing regularly
3. Must be regularly engaging in professional development seminars
4. Must pass a rigorous test of Muay Thai skills, fitness/conditioning and

Once all of the above have all been met, the individual will become a certified instructor under The World Professional Muay Thai Federation, and be recruited as a full instructor under TKMT. |

| ANDREA ROA, Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |
| |
After taking an indoor cycling class when she was 14, Andrea has been training on bikes for multiple hours a week and became a very active individual. However, after years of this routine, she decided to look for something different. She wanted a workout that incorporated upper and lower body exercises and complimented her passion for working hard and challenging herself. This search landed her at TKMT. After finishing her first class, she was convinced that it was the perfect fit. The class was definitely a tough combination of aerobic and anaerobic workouts, in addition to an intense mixture of high performance exercises and techniques. Andrea became fixated on improving, and thus found herself training hard many times a week, drawing the attention of the administration. Her enthusiasm and hard work then landed her a position as an instructor with TKMT, and Andrea is now very excited to share her dedication with the members and to see them improve. |
