EDRIC LOW Kru |

As soccer player from the age of five, Edric has always led an active lifestyle and has been involved in competitive athletics for the majority of his life. At the pinnacle of his athletic career, he received a soccer scholarship and played for two years in the United States before having to undergo two major knee surgeries. At this point he turned his focus to academia in which he earned his B.A. in Business Economics. Albeit his misfortune, he still felt that he needed to satisfy his competitive nature and that is when he decided to study Muay Thai Kickboxing. Today Edric is not only enamoured with practicing this combat sport, but with the Thai culture and traditions that are synonymous with the art. He also enjoys teaching Muay Thai at all levels as well as helping out with designing TKMT administrative procedures, curriculum and instructor professional development. His favourite weapons are knees and teep! |

CATRINA DEVLIN Poo Choi Kru |

Catrina is sales representative in the Financial industry downtown Toronto. She has never been motivated by going to a traditional gym and was always searching for something that was challenging and social. Her passion for Martial Arts began in 2004 when she started training in Hapkido outside of Toronto and after moving to the city found that TKMT created an environment that was both welcoming and conducive to helping people reach their personal goals. Joining TKMT in 2009, she began training four to five times a week, focusing on technique and building stamina. Catrina is happy to be a part of the TKMT team and enjoys helping others challenge their bodies and minds to an unparalleled workout. |

RYAN LAVINA Poo Choi Kru |
| |
Ryan started training at TKMT to stay active and get into shape. At first he trained casually, but as time went on he started to train harder and more often. Eventually he advanced his way into sparring, then competing (in-houses and amateur events), and eventually instructing. He has always enjoyed training at TKMT weather it's training hard for an upcoming fight, or hitting pads/bags just to improve on technical skills.
Ryan has come a long way since he first started training, but he also has a long way to go, and he'll be constantly training to continue advancing. |

GABBY LACAY Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |

I never had any martial arts background but always interested in it. I took up muay thai in october 2011 and instantly feel in love with it. It was challenging and hard, but that's what I felt I needed to take my workouts to the next level. My first location was eastside and moved to downtown a few months after where I worked hard to become an instructor for the begginer classes.
I love being part of the tkmt family for the family style workouts, the great and inviting environment. When you come to tkmt at any location get ready to work hard, SWEAT but have fun doing it! |

SEBASTIEN RENAUD Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |

Sebastien has always loved a challenge, especially one that leads to self-improvement.
In 2009 he arrived from France to take the position of Financial Auditor within a multi-national manufacturing company with offices in Toronto, Ontario. With his strong interest in Martial Arts and a background in Karate, he joined TKMT during the Summer of 2011 and immediately became addicted to Muay Thai, attracted not only by the physical and technical demands of the sport, but also by the shared values of self-respect and fraternity which are strongly supported at the gym and which provide him with a true balance in all aspects of his life.
Meeting Ajahn Amnat Yodkwain marked the beginning of an exceptional journey into the world of Muay Thai. Having embarked upon this voyage, Sebastien has made a personal commitment to continue his efforts to continually improve.
Sebastien is honoured to be part of the TKMT team and hopes to inspire his students with his own passion. It gives him an enormous sense of fulfillment to watch his students push themselves to ever greater accomplishments and to see in them a feeling of personal well-being and confidence. |

MELISSA KARAGIANIS Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |

I started my first class at TKMT 1.5 yrs ago and fell in love with the sport. Having a previous martial arts background in taekwondo and achieving a 2nd degree black belt. I felt it was time to try something different such as muay thai kickboxing. From the beginning I really enjoyed muay thai, I found it challenging and an excellent workout! I now train 5 times a week. |

ALEX SANGALANG Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |
| |
At the end of Alex.s first class @ TKMT, he left with a calf cramp and
a bruised ego. Rather than quit, he came back (after a week off and a
lot of Tiger Balm) and gave it another try. He was hooked right after
that next class. With all credit going to his training partners and
all the Instructors he has learned from, Alex, now an Instructor aims
to provide the same encouragement that he received to new & existing
TKMT members (hopefully minus calf cramps and bruised egos).
If you take a class that is led by Alex, you will leave with your abs
hurting.. either from an arduous workout filled with too much laughter
or from a lot of punches from plank (a.k.a. The Alex Special). |

ERICA MANOSCA Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |

I've been with tkmt since january 2011 and ever since then my confidence along with my fitness level has greatly improved. The classes are fun and the instructors take the time to really get to know you. Within 2 months with tkmt I was training and instructing with Ajahn Amnat and other fellow fighters and taking part in tournaments. At first all I wanted to get out of the membership was to get fit, but I got so much more. Ive gained a new family, new friends, a second home and a great amount of information about Thai culture. I'm constantly learning new things and being challenged. I've become a stronger and more confident person ever since I started muay Thai and I owe a lot of that to the family at tkmt. FIONA DUNTSCH Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |
| |
I had taken some kickboxing classes at my gym, caught the bug and started looking for a place specifically geared towards kickboxing. After some research I decided to try TKMT. I was hooked after my first class and purchased a 3 month membership. TKMT is free of judgement and everyone is here to work hard. The dedication, passion and love that the staff and fighters have for this martial art is inspiring and drives me to work harder. The classes are highly challenging on a physical level as well as on a technical level. It's the constant challenge and the people that keep me coming back. Just three weeks after starting I was invited to start sparring and now after 3 months of dedicated training I am fortunate enough to start teaching. I am currently training to earn my spot on the TKMT fighter team. Muay Thai has changed my life and I can no longer imagine life without it. I am dedicated to building a career in the health and fitness field and would love to work with fighters in the future and of course keep fighting myself... |

EMILY DOYLE Muay Thai Kickboxing Instructor |
| |
Emily grew up in Barrie, Ontario, moving to Toronto for school at OCAD. Before January 2010 she could be described as anything but athletic, and her interests were in fine art alone, until she discovered TKMT and began constantly seeking physical challenge. While training Muay Thai is her main focus, running, swimming, and yelling at bootcampers are also favourite activities. |
