MEMBERSHIP FEE OPTIONS

Membership Fees (Memberships can be used at any TKMT location unless otherwise specified):

First class
- $10, which is transferable to one of the fees listed below except for the drop-in.

Drop-in (pay as you go) - $20 per class.

10 class pass - $169.

10 class pass package special - $245 which includes 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves, handwraps and a 10 class pass. The regular price is $269 if everything is purchased separately.

Monthly membership - $110 unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes.

Half-month membership - $70 for two weeks unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes.

Weekly membership - $50 for one week unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes.

Monthly package special - $195 which includes the monthly membership, a pair of handwraps and a pair of 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves. You will now have your own equipment and will only have to pay the monthly membership from next month on (the regular price is $210 if everything is purchased separately.)

Half-month package special - $159 which includes the half-month membership, a pair of handwraps and a pair of 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves. You will now have your own equipment and will only have to pay the monthly membership from next month on (the regular price is $170 if everything is purchased separately.)

A GREAT DEAL (SAVE $25): Three-month membership - $305 unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes. The starter package: 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves and handwraps are FREE (a $100 value.) Returning members: buy a three-month membership and get two weeks free membership.

A GREAT DEAL part II (SAVE $61): Six-month membership - $599 unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes. The starter package: 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves and handwraps are FREE (a $100 value.) Returning members: buy a six-month membership and get a one month free membership.

A GREAT DEAL part III (SAVE $150): One year membership - $1,170 unlimited to all Muay Thai kickboxing classes. The starter package: 12oz, 14oz or 16oz boxing gloves and handwraps are free (a $100 value.) Returning members: buy a one-year membership and get two months free membership.

Muay Thai kickboxing referral program: Refer two NEW people to sign up for any of the 10 class pass, monthly, three month, six month and one year memberships listed above and you will receive a free month at TKMT as a thank you.


Private Sessions

To book a one-on-one session with a TKMT instructor, the cost is $75 per hour. To book a one-on-one session with Warren Lee, the cost is $100 per hour. If the instructor is required to travel to your location, an additional charge will apply. Private training is available in the following areas: Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu/submission grappling, Mixed Martial Arts, body conditioning/toning/weight loss and general self-defense. Or if you wish to combine some of them, please inquire. The advantage of private training is that we are able to tailor a program to suit your needs, regardless of your skill or fitness level. You will also be able to see results and progress much quicker.

Private session package specials - $750 for a package of 10 one-hour sessions with a TKMT instructor and get one free session. $1000 for a package of 10 one-hour sessions with Warren Lee and get one free session. Please note that any cancellation requires a 24 hour notice.


Corporate Fitness, Nutrition and Self-Defence Training Programs and Packages

Book a time at our gym for one session or multiple sessions with your team! Choose from a Muay Thai kickboxing fitness, nutrition or a self-defence program, or customize a package. E-mail or call for more information. Prices depend on number of participants.

TKMT'S MUAY THAI KICKBOXING CURRICULUM:

1. Circuit warm-up that includes skipping rope, running, push ups, abdominal exercises, squats, flexibility training, plyometrics and body / cardiovascular conditioning.

2. Fundamentals of the fighting stance and footwork including balance, weight transfers, pivoting, posture and body positioning.

3. Elements of western boxing including weaving, slipping, parrying, jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts, and focus mitt training to develop timing and precision.

4. Mechanics of kicking, kneeing, elbowing, blocking and clinching.

5. Defensive and offensive maneuvers, including counterattacks.

6. Feinting, evasive footwork and angling.

7. Striking combinations and Thai pad training to develop power and cardiovascular endurance

8. Heavy bag training to further develop power and cardiovascular endurance.

9. Strength and conditioning exercises to toughen the body.

10. Street self-defense training (upon request)
